Electrisim software and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. We expressly disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. Limitation of Liability

Electrisim, its operators, and affiliates (collectively "Electrisim") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of our software or services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Design decisions or engineering choices made based on simulation results
• Power systems, electrical installations, or equipment that fail to perform as designed or simulated
• Financial losses, business interruption, or reputational harm
• Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in simulation outputs
• Reliance on the software for critical or safety-related applications without appropriate professional verification

3. User Responsibility

Users of Electrisim software are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all simulation results through independent analysis and professional judgment
• Ensuring that designs based on our software comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Obtaining appropriate professional engineering review before implementing any design in the real world
• Understanding the limitations of simulation models and their applicability to specific use cases

Power system design and analysis require qualified engineering expertise. Electrisim software is a tool to support such work—it does not replace the need for professional engineering judgment and verification.

4. Jurisdiction

Electrisim operates from Poland. This limitation of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with this disclaimer or the use of Electrisim software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
